Isn’t it funny how time passes by so quickly, I wonder If Joe realizes how old he’s actually getting! La Puente Auto Service is opened from Monday thru Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. La Puente Auto Service was established on June 1st 1994. Joe has known the auto repair business ever since he could remember; a couple of months after graduating from High School he started attending a technical school called Phoenix Institute of Technology where he was able to learn what he knows, how to listen and detect or interpret noises coming from a car and determine what is wrong with a vehicle but of course La Puente Auto Service has all the Diagnostic Equipment available to fully Diagnose your vehicles problems and speed up the Diagnostic process. He graduated from the technical school with a Automotive Diagnostics Certification, kind of like a doctor visit, when you go see your physician, according to how you describe your symptoms and how you sound when he is taking your vitals is how he is able to determine your diagnosis. That is what he does, he listens to noises your car is making, and also makes sure to ask ‘you’ the customer when he initially talks to you about describing to him what is wrong with the car and/or why you feel it needs to be diagnosed. He is a warm and friendly person; actually he will be one of the greatest people you could ever meet! He’s outgoing sense of humor and his great heart is what defines him, with his customers! Joe will usually answer and talk to all his customers about their vehicles problem. Always treating the customers with respect and individually is the best way to create a great relationship with them, that is how I could honestly say has managed to have long lasting loyal customers, who have been coming back year after year…some have even known Joe since the beginning, when Joe first started this business!
